- ●Cover letter – purpose of visit, travel dates, and your day-by-day plan.
- ●Tourist Visa – hotel bookings, itinerary, financial documents.
- ●Family/Visit Visa – invitation letter, passport copy of host, proof of relationship.
- ●Business Visa – invitation from company, business covering letter, meeting details.
- ●Student Short-Stay Visa – course enrollment letter, fee receipts.
- ●Transit Visa – confirmed onward flight ticket and valid entry visa for next destination.
- ●Schengen visa processing time is typically 15–30 days, depending on embassy workload.
- ●You must apply through the embassy of the country you will stay the most days.
- ●Document consistency is important — mismatched data may cause delays or rejection.
- ●Travel insurance is mandatory for all Schengen applicants.
